Known as the silent killer due to having no symptoms, high blood pressure can creep up on all of us without warning. Whilst you may be aware that there are many medications to lower your blood pressure, a lot of them come with unwanted side-effects.

Sometimes a simpler approach is more effective and we want you to know that exercise can be one of the best ways that you or someone close can combat high blood pressure. We’re not saying you need to run a marathon or join a gym. Start slow and gently by incorporating physical activity into your daily routine.
