You’ve probably heard the terms, good bacteria and bad bacteria and how they could possibly affect you. Sounds like the stuff of scientists, doesn’t it?
Well you don’t need to be a scientist to know that your gut health is responsible for as much as 80% of your immune function so it’s important that you stay well stocked up on that good bacteria which can often be adversely affected by treatments such as a course of antibiotics.
